Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a pool with a view, mountain view and a patio, Etna - Taormina is situated in Mascali. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, ping-pong, free private parking and free WiFi. The property has a 24-hour front desk, a restaurant with an outdoor dining area.The communication with the host, Salvatore, and his son, was fantastic - true Sicilian kindness and hospitality. The location in Fondachello was fabulous for families. The pool area lovely and the setting, against a backdrop view of Etna, was stunning. Sunsets were incredible. The beach is literally one minute walk away, as is a fantastic supermarket. The restaurants very nearby are superb, well priced and great service. The kitchen area in the apartment is well equipped and the washing machine a life saver if you are staying for a long time like us. It is a perfect base to explore the island (car needed but parking space free and apartments gated and secure). Taormina, Etna, Savoca nearby by car. All in all, our stay was fabulous!
