The River Lodge
Guests have access to BBQ facilities, large viewing decks around the lodge and luggage storage. There is also a laundry service. Both the guest lounge and the conservatory have a warming fireplace.The River Lodge staff can help guests organise local activities such as trout fishing guides, summer walks and organise transport such as snow shuttles during winter and volcanic flights.Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast/dining room had a real chalet feel. The location is idyllic and only a short drive to Ohakune. The wood burner was lovely to have in the room as well.
